Overview and finish

Following the course, an in-depth review of the primary survey has been completed with considerations for multiple factors. You should now understand the importance of the Primary survey, why the different systems are positioned where they are, why it is important to manage the systems in order, what pathophysiological effects can happen on deficits within the systems, what can be done to treat some of the deficits, and how this affects your clinical judgement and care within the pre-hospital environment.

Always remember to review your local treatment/drug guidelines as there are often differences in different areas.
