Collapse DIB Scenario

You are called to a 21 year old male who has been found collapsed in their student accommodation room by friends. He is breathing but the information so far states he is pale and blue in colour. On arrival you find the patient still unconscious, is breathing, and has a weak radial pulse. The friends present do not know much about his medical history, but they think he takes medication for depression. You immediately notice the blue colour to the patient’s extremities and lips.
