Sharp Chest Pain Scenario

You are called to a 59-year-old male with chest pain. The pain came on suddenly and severely. On arrival the patient is alert and orientated but is obviously in quite a bit of pain. They have normal colour and are not clammy. He states his pain is 8/10 NPS over the right side of his chest. Your initial observations are: 26 RR with shallow breathing, 93% Sp02, 115 HR, 145/76 BP, 36.9 Temp, 5.1 blood sugar.
